This introductory package includes a 30 minute consultation & a 30 minute mini session to help you get a sense of what your private sessions will feel like. This also helps us create a unique session for you to experience before you make a larger comittment.

Unlimited Virtual Group Classes
Fire up the laptop and pull out your mat, it's time for class! This tier provides access to 2 weekly group classes through zoom, as well as access to class recordings so you can follow along on your own time! Styles include Yin Yoga, Barre, Dance Techniques, Flow Yoga, Pilates, and HIIT.
