About the Vision
In my dreams, there exists a beautiful studio dedicated to all types of movement, with compassionate teachers who create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages self-expression.
After each session, you leave feeling deeply connected to your body and remarkably free from the burdens of mental stress and anxiety. The thoughtfully designed classes not only build physical strength but also provide valuable insights about your body, helping you learn how to avoid injuries and make informed movement choices.
A truly special place where both mind and body harmoniously contribute to your daily success, overall well-being, and increase joy!
Until the day comes where a physical studio is once again possible, my goal is to provide that same space virtually. Adjusting the types of classes & videos offered to fit small spaces and help make it easier to bring daily movement back into your life!
Let's bridge the gap between different disciplines and create a harmonious space where all are encouraged to move, breathe, and thrive.
A note from your coach…
I believe we all deserve the power of knowing our bodies. Knowing how to communicate, strengthen, move comfortably, and heal within them. Maybe it’s through dance. Maybe it’s through working out. Or maybe it’s combination of several different things, as our bodies show up and need different things each day. My goal is to provide you with a class that meets you where you are at. If there is one thing I know for sure it’s that moving the body can help mend the mind, and mindfully moving helps us connect to our bodies. So let’s do this, because it feels good to feel good.

A little backstory…
After stepping into my first class at the age of three; dance, movement, and self expression have been a core part of who I am. Long before I learned about somatic release or fascia, I spent much of my time alone in my basement or bedroom dancing out my feelings. And as an undiagnosed ADHDer there were A LOT of feelings to be felt.
It wasn’t until I began healing from domestic violence that I put the pieces together… I was able to cope and persevere through as much as I did because of my little dance jams. My body was processing & expressing what my voice or mind couldn’t, and it unknowingly held me together while I successfully built a dance & fitness studio.
However that wasn’t the way dance always felt. Most of the time dance was a performative craft, done to appeal to an audience, judge, or director. Perfection of your physical body was a crucial element to this, and years of my life were spent in front of a mirror constantly criticizing the reflection looking back and building my worth on what others thought about me and my body. Yet it's not all a sad story, I actually find it quite beautiful how the thing that taught me to pick myself apart was actually the tool that allowed me to find strength & trust in myself.
Now I’m on a mission to teach those same skills but without shame and judgement, giving you all of the benefits without the unnecessary unhealthy parts. After all, moving our bodies can be hard enough sometimes, and I’m here to help make it as enjoyable as possible!
