Our diverse library of dance and movement education is designed to help you learn how to move mindfully. It's not just about the exercises, it’s about how they are done. We want you to walk away from each session, class, or mini workout feeling energized, connected, and more at home in your body.

A one stop shop for several different types of classes... think of us as a virtual class pass! With a variety of styles and a focus on mindful engagement, you are sure to find something that works for the body you showed up in today. After all it’s a wonderful body and we can’t wait to help you feel even better in it!
